When you have activated your pass you can start redeeming your Explorer Points for admission tickets to the attractions! Via this link, your Explore Pass, you can view all the attractions and tours, keep track of your Explorer Points and manage your bookings. You can find your admission for attractions in your wallet.
Yes, the Explore Pass is fully digital, you do not receive a physical pass. The Pass is only reachable via your personal URL, which you receive in your inbox. Save this link for easy access.
No, you do not have to download an app. Your Explore Pass is a personal website that you reach via your browser. You do not have to download new software to use it.
We do not offer an Explore Pass for children. The pass is for all ages.
No, you have to use admission tickets in your Explore Pass Wallet to enter attractions. The attractions can only let you in if they scan your redeemed tickets.
