About
Join the crew of the Hansa
Once you step across the threshold of the Berlin Icebar you’ll be transported to a tavern in Bremerhaven. Here you can meet your fellow crew members and share an included drink before the captain calls you to board the Hansa.
When you are armed against the cold with a warm jacket and gloves, you’ll enter the actual icebar. As the ship gets stuck in the ice it is time to abandon ship and step into the icy world of the Arctic. Enjoy two more included drinks, this time from glasses made of ice, while you try to stay warm.
German Polar Expedition
The real Hansa crew left Bremerhaven on 15 June 1896 in the presence of King Wilhelm I and Chancellor Bismarck. Only one month later the ship ran into pack ice and got stuck a little more every day. As the ice crushed the ship, the crew abandoned ship and took shelter on an ice floe where they had limited supplies and were under threat from polar bears. A year after they left Bremerhaven the surviving crew made it back to land.

Best experience for a private event
Had a splendid time at Icebar Berlin! We had a corporate private event and everyone was extremely welcoming and professional. Although there were a couple of administration issues as none of us were from Berlin, Icebar was always willing to help us out. Shoutout to Steven for being the most helpful, we were able to plan the event with much help as he always replies quickly be it through email or over the phone. During the private event, the crew were extremely attentive, friendly and patient with everyone. Definitely recommend 11/10
Fun experience at a reasonable price! It was 🥶 !
The ice bar sounded fun, so we tried it. Got in quickly and did full drinks at the first bar (not the ice bar). You can’t take your drink in so drink up or get this drink after you’ve done the ice bar; I’d do the latter. Nice staff working hard, mixing drinks. The intro movie is dumb frankly, but short. Icebar has beer and shots or sprite, the only non alcoholic option. It was cold in there—not at all like other reviews that said it was warm! I wish I’d taken their gloves because my hands were cold from holding the drink with my thin gloves. It’s small but there’s a few sculptures for picture and it was just a fun experience overall. Enjoyed the iced cold beer! Never had one colder!

A nice experience but very cold! Went into the ice bar and it was chilly holy moly! Obve never been that cold!! Wow I give it 4 because 5 is perfect and nothing is perfect.

August 24 Ice Bar Berlin
Great experience and lived up to the ice bar theme. Very cold but that’s what we signed up for. Jens deserves special mention for sorting us out with a photo problem. But the rest of the team we’re also very good in making it a great afternoon for us all.

We have been there as a couple after seeing some advertising in our hotel and decided to go there for curiosity. Great experience, good drinks and lovely staff, from the welcome in the bar to the ice bar. Really recommended for just a night for drinks. ❤️

Totally worth a visit! Extremely price worthy and close to Alexanderplatz. Very kind and service minded bartenders. Especially Sadhbh who served us today! Happy and positive atmosphere. A unique and fun experience that everyone should try.

Es ist ein super freundlich Personal , die Location ist außergewöhnlich cool. -Die Toilette ist sauber! Das ICE Erlebnis ist ein wirkliches spannendes, muss erlebnis für einen Kurztrip nach Berlin.

Super nettes Personal, sehr schönes und auch ansprechendes Ambiente. Die Getränke sind sehr lecker und es gibt eine gute Auswahl.

Geiles Ambiente netter Empfang und eine Schöne Tour gehabt. Schöne eisskulpturen und alles weitere was auch aus Eis gefertigt ist einfach nur toll anzusehen. Sehr empfehlenswert

Sortie familiale lors de notre visite à Berlin. Lieux très sympathique avec de l’espace. Il y a des créneaux horaires afin d’être à l’aise que se soit dans l’espace « normal » et réfrigérée. Vous pouvez venir avec des enfants par contre la température étant très en dessous de 0• il n’y a que deux boissons sans alcool, le reste est de l’alcool fort servi dans des verres de glace. À faire

El mejor bar de la ciudad !!! Es espectacular! El bar a -12 grados nos encantó !! Mucha música , mucho buen ambiente! Los meseros nos encantaron! Debes visitarlo

Compramos la experiencia que incluye 3 tragos , el primero para la barra principal , recomiendo q pidan un trago bueno o vino . Luego llaman y te tan los abrigos , y adentro tienes dos tragos más q es un shot y cerveza . El shot de choco es rico . Las fotos espectaculares
