Yes, the Explore Pass is fully digital, you do not receive a physical pass. The Pass is only reachable via your personal URL, which you receive in your inbox. Save this link for easy access.

No, you do not have to download an app. Your Explore Pass is a personal website that you reach via your browser. You do not have to download new software to use it.

We do not offer an Explore Pass for children. The pass is for all ages.

No, you have to use the admission ticket in your Explore Pass Wallet to enter attractions. The attractions can only let you in if they scan your redeemed tickets. 
You redeem tickets by chosing the location you want to visit, the date and time and exchange your Explore Points for tickets.

With the Explore Pass you can book your tickets in advance to create your own itinerary. Some attractions are more likely to sell out.
