Esperienze bellissima!

Ci siamo divertiti TANTISSIMO! La struttura dispone di armadi dove riporre i propri oggetti in sicurezza per poter godere a pieno l'esperienza in tranquillità. Il tour è divertente, coinvolgente ed interessante. Alla fine del giro avremmo volentieri ricominciato da capo. Ci sono zone interattive ed immersive, altre in cui si respira aria di divertimento. C'è sempre da fare e da scoprire. Il personale è gentile, simpatico ed accogliente, ci si sente subito a proprio agio ed esattamente dove vorresti essere. Abbiamo un ottimo ricordo di questa esperienza e la rifaremmo volentieri!

Esperienza molto carina , all'inizio forse un po' troppa confusione (troppi visitatori) ma poi tutto si è normalizzato. Visita molto interessante , personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile. La consiglio.

Una visita da non perdere

Visitata a dicembre, l’Heineken Experience è stata una tappa interessante e divertente durante il mio soggiorno ad Amsterdam. La visita è ben organizzata, un mix tra storia del marchio, curiosità sulla produzione e tante installazioni coinvolgenti. Bella l’atmosfera, giovane e dinamica, con momenti interattivi che rendono il tour leggero e piacevole. Alla fine, una birra fresca da gustare.

Ho visitato l’Heineken® Experience ad Amsterdam e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero interessante e divertente! Il percorso all’interno dell’ex birrificio è ben organizzato, interattivo e coinvolgente. Si parte con un po’ di storia del marchio Heineken, seguita da varie stanze dove si possono vedere le fasi della produzione della birra, con effetti visivi e sonori molto ben fatti. Una delle parti più divertenti è stata la simulazione in cui “diventi birra”, con vibrazioni e spruzzi d’acqua: inaspettata e simpatica! Alla fine della visita, ci sono delle degustazioni incluse e un’area bar molto bella dove si può gustare una Heineken fresca alla spina. Lo staff è cordiale e l’ambiente è moderno e dinamico. È un’esperienza perfetta sia per gli appassionati di birra che per chi vuole semplicemente divertirsi e scoprire qualcosa di nuovo ad Amsterdam. Voto: 5 stelle! Consigliatissimo!

Rock the city

Pacchetto "Rock the city" ovvero visita guidata del birrificio+tour in battello. Per noi questa visita è stata bellissima e immersiva. I ragazzi sono sempre stati gentili, sorridenti e simpatici, impossibile non apprezzarli ! Si vede che amano il loro lavoro! Non si tratta di una semplice visita guidata, ma si vive l'esperienza di "essere imbottitigliati" . È una cosa davvero carina! Nel pacchetto sono comprese 3 birre + 1 nella gita in battello. Anche la vista dei canali ha meritato. Siamo stati accompagnati dalla guida di Lorenzo che ci ha spiegato diversi fatti curiosi. Io la consiglio!

Assolutamente da fare

Esperienza all’interno dell’antica fabbrica Heineken che inizia subito con personale scherzoso e disponibile. Il tour si divide in spiegazioni sulla produzione della birra e sulla storia della fabbrica, per poi continuare in molte stanze con esperienze interattive. Il tour finisce nel bar dove si ha la possibilità di bere 2 birre offerte da loro.

Da vedere

Questo tour è strepitoso.. la prima fabbrica dell’heineken davvero bella.. con il telefono basta inquadrare il QRCODE presente in ogni stanza e scegliendo la lingua si ha tutta la spiegazione.. incluso nel prezzo ti offrono tre gettoni per 3 birre, sensazionali.. finita la visita si può raggiungere l’ultimo piano e si arriva al Rooftop, e anche lì si può consumare birra a volontà.. ci sono anche delle stanze con effetti particolari, musica, di tutto… adoro

Istruttivo....

Ottima visita allo storico stabilimento. Tra l'altro, l'ingresso era gratuito per chi si è dotato dell'Amsterdam card. Un ottimo viaggio con audioguida in italiano che illustra la nascita del produttore, fino alla sua espansione globale cercando anche di realizzare un unico marchio di riconoscimento per il brand che, fino alla metà del secolo scorso, aveva loghi e bottiglie di diversa fattura per i diversi continenti. Passata la parte storica, ottima la visita all'attuale produzione e decisamente buona la degustazione.

Abbiamo trovato il tempo per visitare lo stabilimento veramente bello e seguito passo dopo passo la produzione della birra. Veramente interessante.Dulcis in fundo una bella bevuta per festeggiare il tutto

Esperienza graditissima nel museum Heineken, dove con il tour riscopri tutti i passaggi di questa famosa birra e dopo la storia tutti i giochi che i ragazzi offrono come la foto mentre si pedala e si canta in olandese, come spillare la birra e poi tanti boccali di birra in offerta..consigliato esperienza molto bella e particolare

Da fare assolutamente anche - se come me - sei ASTEMIA!

In assoluto una delle cose da fare ad Amsterdam. A mani basse. E lo dico io che NON bevo e che proprio la birra non la sopporto. Ebbene, non importa: perché questo museo/esperienza che si trova nella prima ed originale fabbrica Heineken sul canale è STUPENDO. Lo è indipendentemente dal plus dell'esperienza bevuta che puoi fare alla fine. Lo è perché ti porta in un mondo museale industriale creato splendidamente, e poi con i sussidi della tecnologia ti manda al luna park del divertimento appena la parte "storiografica" (che è interessantissima per chi come me ama la storia) ha esaurito il suo ruolo di arricchimento culturale. Una tappa imperdibile in città. Per chiunque. PS: anche se astemia ovviamente ho vinto una spilla per la mia sapienza sulla storia della birra e della fabbrica... chi come me? LOL

Potrebbe essere ancora meglio!

L'esperienza in sé è veramente molto carina. Ero partito poco fiducioso a causa delle tante recensioni negative e del fatto che mi sembrava essere una "commercialata" come tante. Tuttavia, mi sono dovuto ricredere. L'esperienza non è paragonabile ad altre (come il Van Gogh museum per dirne una) ma è molto divertente. Fatto con la mia ragazza abbiamo ascoltato con piacere le spiegazioni fatte da ragazzi che avevano bene o male la nostra età, cosa che apprezziamo tantissimo. Sono state fornite tante piccole chicche e info interessanti anche se il percorso storico potrebbe essere, in effetti, arricchito maggiormente. Comunque con il biglietto classico alla fine abbiamo gustato 3 birre. 1 piccola e due pinte. La parte bar alla fine è molto bella. Ci siamo spillati la nostra birra sotto la guida di una delle ragazze. Dal mio punto di vista il prezzo alla fine è abbastanza giusto. Si potrebbe migliorare il percorso storico dando magari qualche informazione in più. Ma tirando le somme direi che ha superato le mie aspettative. P.s. all'ingresso era presente una macchina di F1 della RedBull - fantastica!

Heineken Experience

Molto interessante devo dire, forse non ci tornerei una seconda volta ma è la mia opinione personale. Si inizia con una spiegazione sulla storia dello stabilimento e della birra Heineken in generale, della famiglia Heineken che è dietro questo straordinario successo. Si passa poi al reparto produzione dove si fanno vedere i vari decanter, da quelli storici a quelli attuali. Un passaggio in una stanza dove si fa vedere il processo di imbottigliamento e dove c'è anche la possibilità di acquistare delle bottiglie personalizzandole tramite un monitor touchscreen e pagando con la carta di credito. Un paio di stanze stile parco divertimenti, dove l'obiettivo è quello di far vivere un'esperienza visiva e sensoriale, la prima con degli schermi la seconda con una pedana vibrante, a mio parere niente di che. Infine si arriva al bar dove vengono offerte un paio di birre da 0,25 che diventano 3 se si conta quella che viene data subito dopo aver finito il tour. Possibile cimentarsi nella spillatura della birra, in regalo una spilletta raffigurante un boccale di birra e un altro boccale da 0,25 colmo di birra. Se riuscite ancora a stare in piedi :-) passaggio obbligato al negozio interno dove è possibile acquistare souvenir Heineken. Buona bevata !!!

Divertente e istruttiva

Esperienza divertente. La storia della nascita di questo famoso marchio di birra è ben raccontata. Si parte dal padre fondatore Gerard Adriaan Heineken passando di generazione in generazione fino ad oggi. Si conclude con due bicchieri di birra a testa. Consiglio vivamente di portare degli snack.

Esperienza istruttiva e divertente.

L'edificio storico in cui è nata la Heineken, è strutturato su tre livelli. Nella prima parte, la guida racconta le origini del famoso marchio e come si è diffuso in tutto il mondo. C'è un'esposizione degli antichi macchinari, delle bottiglie, delle botti in metallo in cui avvenivano i vari passaggi del processo. Poi, c'è la parte ludica, interattiva e non, molto divertente. In questa fase, ti fanno degustare una piccola birra, indicando il modo corretto per poter scorgere i diversi colori di giallo e l'aroma di banana. Poi, c'è la degustazione vera e propria, con due birre diverse, normale e silver, in un ambiente che sembra un disco-pub. Qui, c'è anche la possibilità di cimentarsi nel lavoro del barista, spillando birra con l'aiuto di una guida. Infine, giunti in terrazza, si può godere di Amsterdam dall'alto degustando un cocktail a base di birra. Esperienza istruttiva e ludica, allo stesso tempo.

Super divertente!

Sono stata qualche giorno fa con le mie amiche, abbiamo optato per la visita con anche l'accesso al rooftop bar. Lo staff dall'inizio alla fine del tour ti spiega tutto ed è molto disponibile. Tante attività da fare e ovviamente la birra fresca buonissima! C'è il guardaroba gratuito all'ingresso. Per il prezzo che ha consiglio di provare.

Ho ancora voglia di Heineken

Quando si parla di experience, questo è un esempio perfetto. A partire dai ragazzi che spiegano le cose nella parte iniziale, senza mai stancarti e farti distrarre, hai modo di vedere ogni parte del primo reale stabilimento di Heineken, hai modo di leggere la storia, di toccare con mano gli strumenti, poi inizia il viaggio dove tu diventi protagonista. Le installazioni audio visive ti fanno immergere nel loro mondo fatto di bollicine e birra fresca. Ogni stanza è diversa, e ogni stanza ha delle sorprese. Insomma alla fine esci che vuoi solo bere Heineken. E noi abbiamo trovato baristi simpatici che ci offrivano tante birre e alla fine abbiamo fatto chiusura lì dentro. Stupendo. Lo rifarei ancora.

Ci siamo divertiti

Bella esperienza. Non si vede la vera fabbrica della famosa birra Heineken ma si vedono i vecchi impianti, ormai in disuso, ma comunque molto affascinanti. Viene spiegata la storia di questo grande gruppo, e viene spiegato il processo produttivo, il tutto corredato da qualche effetto speciale divertente e da due birre al grande bar prima di uscire. Divertente la possibilità di acquistare una bottiglia di birra personalizzata con il proprio nome. Bravissimi i ragazzi che forniscono le spiegazioni, molto coinvolgenti.

Molto divertente e dissetante

Interessante la storia della Heineken, grazie ai ragazzi molto preparati e alla audio guida multilingua. Divertente tutta la parte interattiva. Infine puoi personalizzare la bottiglia di birra e acquistare gadget. Bellissima la prova di spillaggio della birra. Consigliatissimo!

Top tipple, Top tour!

No better way to celebrate my birthday than going to the OG Heineken brewery! Great guides - friendly, informative, infectious enthusiasm, confident & knowledgeable! They all made the tour so much more enjoyable & entertaining! Well done guys 👏👏👏 As well as the stellar guides the building, atmosphere, history was all very enchanting to a Heineken lover, like myself :D There were also opportunities to take official Heineken videos/photos so as to relive your Heineken experience. The video of me on a Heineken bicycle was particularly hilarious and a memorable highlight for sure! To top it all off I was rewarded with a bespoke Heineken bottle opener by way of a birthday pressie! Brilliant. Cheers Heineken!🍻

Informative and enjoyable tour led by staff members who were clearly happy in their roles. Some good interactive elements within the tour and an enjoyable glass of beer at the end.

A fun activity to learn more about beer

The knowledgeable staff made this tour so funny and engaging. We visited as it was raining and we wanted something fun to do. It lasted about 90 minutes and we got 3 drinks in this time. Very good value for money and worth the visit! We went on the rooftop which was slightly dampened by the rain, but the views were still impressive.

Slick PR Exercise

'Experience' rather than 'Brewery Tour' as no brewing now takes place here. A very slick history of Heineken with lots of PR. Enjoyable if you like history, maybe less so of you want moving parts and machinery. Try and avoid Friday afternoon as lots of 'Lads' Weekend' groups.

Turned up on my birthday, was given a free gift on arrival. Prebooked online and booked the VIP tour. Amazing guide, the Brazilian lady and the other staff were friendly. Nice private tour and tasting session. Great birthday

My friends and I went to do something different and we loved it. Isis, a girl who explained some parts of the tour, did a great job, with excellent service and a lot of kindness.

Nice

Coffee shops, red light, canal tour yes but this must be at the top of your list as well. This is my second time here and I enjoyed both. It takes you from historical sight to modern times, from the making of Heineken to the shapes of bottles in time. The only thing was before there was CL cup replica and I had a photo but now they don’t have it. But they brought different stuff as well. At the end of the tour you can enjoy your Heineken.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved the Heineken Experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole tour so much fun. Everything was really well put together – informative without ever feeling boring, and such a great atmosphere throughout. The whole experience was a highlight for our trip, and we left with a whole new appreciation for the beer. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam, and we’d go again for sure! 🍻

Expérience fun, un peu décousue à cause du monde (l’endroit est très fréquenté !!). Un conseil si vous y allez : prenez votre temps à flâner dans les différentes pièces. L’endroit est très sympa, les activités sont fun et la dégustation complète parfaitement l’expérience !

Lana introduced us to the experience. She was amazing. Her energy got us all excited. She involved us too. Camilla was our guide in the brewing room. She was terrific. I spoke to her afterwards learning she’s from Italy. I spoke Italian with her. Max not only greeted us at the door with a HUGE smile, but he was present at our first tasting. There were fun, interactive rooms. Videos. Pictures. Personalize your own Heineken bottle. Free with ticket. The tasting room was fun. Music. Draft your own beer. Zero alcohol choice. Regular. Silver. Silver was smoother. We had access to the Rooftop with our ticket. It was worth it. Quiet on roof. Sun music. Breeze. Relaxing. View of Amsterdam.

A very fun way to experience Amsterdam!

OMG this tour is super fun and and absolute thing to do if you love beer! I don't want to say too much since it's better to have it be a suprise, but get ready to dink A LOT of beer. I added the rooftop to the ticket and it's not a must since it's windy, wet and a bit cold at the top. It would be fun if you have a group of friends.

A fun, light tour!

Went to the Heineken Experience on a last minute trip to Amsterdam. Seems one must always take the "beverage" experiences when traveling! The 4 rating versus a 5 is that there isn't much substance if you are looking for that type of experience. This is an easy fun option to add when you are visiting Amsterdam and for all adult ages. Tickets are reasonable in price and ability to get. Staff are friendly and fun. You start out with a little history and then can move on at your pace through a more marketing type experience meaning you will see Heineken and the process everywhere in a virtual reality type video experience. And of course, when you get to the end plenty of beer! You can take your time more as well and read the information along the way. The tour and facility you go through are modern. A fun, light experience with a couple of good beers at the end.

Great 4D experience

4 D experience, because you see a lot, you hear a lot, you can touch things and you can taste great Heineken beer. I had about 5-6 glasses. They say you get two glasses but it's possible to do a few more. I was in Guinness Brewery in Dublin. Heineken is very similar. Great time. We also took a guided boat trip offered by Heineken. Great time. Rare chance to look at Amsterdam from the level of canals. Truly recomennd

Fun experience, must-do in Amsterdam!

This was a fun experience! It was interesting to learn about the history of Heineken beer, but the tour groups are pretty large so it is hard to hear and follow along with the group. When we lost the group, we were about to walk through the museum at our own pace and enjoy the beer samples. The tasting room was really fun as they had a DJ playing music. We thought it was funny to do the picture and video opportunities, which are free and sent to your phone. The rooftop is nice and has a pretty view of the city. We enjoyed this experience and would recommend it!

Well worth the money

We thoroughly enjoyed our VIP experience with our guide Storm. He was informative, engaging and knowledgeable and was as integral to our great experience as the beer, meat and cheese we tasted.

Fun experience!

This was a fun experience! Definitely do the video on the bikes and have someone film it from the other side, it’s hilarious! We did the rooftop experience which had a nice view but I’m sure the canal experience would be fun as well.

Awesome staff!

The tour, drinks and exhibits were fun, but the customer service is what made this an incredible experience. The bar manager, Alex, went above and beyond to ensure our group was taken care of (even gave us an extra drink token at the rooftop!). The customer engagement manager, Max, was also extremely charismatic and showed us a few hidden gems within the old brewery. Staff is a 10/10!

En lo que fue la antigua fábrica, se ha construido un gran espacio para las visitas. Hay dos opciones; una es la básica, una visita a la fábrica que concluye en un bar donde tienes 2 cerveza incluidas; durante el recorrido vas pasando por diferentes salas, algunas para contar la historia de la empresa, otras la elaboración (en esta primera parte en cada sala vas recibiendo explicaciones de un diferente guía, en algún momento los grupos se dispersan, se reagrupan, no tan organizado); luego se pasa a otras salas que son espacios donde disfrutas de efectos visuales, o salas donde puedes realizar juegos interactivos generando fotos o videos personalizados; al finalizar se pasa al bar para beber las cervezas, solamente puede beber la cerveza Heineken tradicional. A esto se puede agregar el acceso al bar ubicado en la terraza, donde tienes otras 2 cervezas incluidas; si el clima te acompaña, las vistas son lindas y es un momento ideal para compartir las cervezas y charlas con otros viajeros; en este caso, hay algunas cervezas diferentes a la clásica Heineken, así que ideal para amantes de la cerveza.
